The process in detail

 

After the initial briefing, our editors develop a topic concept tailored to the advertiser’s individual needs. For this purpose, they analyse the market, competitors and the relevant topics using qualitative and quantitative methods. Then they derive a content strategy and concrete topic suggestions.

Following a kick-off call, a host and potential guests are cast and interview guidelines are created and agreed. Then comes recording and editing – again, always in close coordination with the advertiser.

Once the content is finalised, we start the technical setup for the campaign. Our campaign managers take care of setting up the landing page and the distribution to the streaming platforms, as well as the tracking and live running of all podcast episodes and accompanying teaser campaigns.

During the runtime, campaign performance values are constantly monitored and optimized. Regular interim reports provide information on the progress and performance of the individual episodes. At the end of the project, there is a detailed final report with all results including useful insights and learnings.
